Do you remember when:
- internet at home first started out and you had to pay for the time you were connected?
- cable internet came along, which first cranked up speeds to download?
- the first company offered 'unlimited' internet?
And now we have a world where Free WiFi is on every street corner. We only pay for the internet connection at home, or on our devices. Internet-Everywhere is, well… everywhere now.
With the impeding influx of ever more sustainable energy sources, will energy follow the example of WiFi? Ubiquitous energy everywhere you need it, just connect to a router on the go? Let me know what you think.
