Resistance is futile the Borg would say, but is it? All change will meet resistance, or the change is not big enough. Innovation is therefore bound to meet resistance in some form or another. But resistance is not just bad, something to be avoided. It can also be a sign of people caring enough to provide feedback.

Seek out the resistance, talk with them. Understand where they are coming from. Understand their concerns. Try to implement the feedback this gives you and improve your product.

Innovators will meet resistance. Innovators will adapt (or pivot).
