On Learning New Things

2019-10-03 | innovation On Learning New Things

What is required to really learn something?

Somethings you can learn from a book, others you have to do. Sometimes, you have to learn from mistakes. But could you learn the same, without those mistakes?

When you learn to walk, you fall a lot. You get back up and get going again. But could we have learned about real sustainability without having burnt so much fossil fuels? What would our world have looked like without those lessons? Would we still have progressed as much in various others fields?

Could you learn to walk, without having ever truly fallen? And what kind of walk would that be?
