If you are out there to disrupt the status quo, have you found Product-Market fit yet? Or are you brave enough to create this out of thin air?

Have you achieved ‘Product-Market’-fit? Does your target market agree?

Is there a demand for the product or service you are building? And not from what you wish for, but from real customers or users.

Or are there alternatives? And not in your opinion, but from those same customers or users.

 

Especially in new tech, it has to live up to higher standards. The status quo is already here; we accepted that. The next innovative thing better is excellent and worth our precious effort. Better than doing nothing and sticking with the status quo. An uphill battle.

 

Fair or not, that is how we often treat innovations. We already sunk the costs for the Status Quo. But whoever said that changing the world and doing the work that matter was ever going to be easy?
