When do I use blockchain? A common question, looking so simple, but as always: it depends. I have been approached by some to explore their potential use case, where if we plot out the current or proposed ecosystem it becomes painfully clear: There is only one true participant or node in this use case!
“trust issues with yourself”
If you are only sharing data within your organization, or with yourself even, we are looking at a simple storage solution. Trying to apply blockchain here to increase trust (?) is close to admitting you have trust issues within your organisation. If you have trust issues with yourself, a blockchain will not save you. But we can have a different conversation to help you out.
